FikaSoft provides website development, mobile application development, blockchain solutions, and business automation services. Service details are determined on a project basis and secured by contract.

Payment Terms

• 25% upfront payment is required at project start
• Remaining payment is determined according to agreement
• Invoices are paid within 7 days

Copyrights

Developed projects belong to the customer after delivery. However, FikaSoft reserves the rights to its own frameworks and libraries used in the development process.

Liability Limitations

• FikaSoft exercises maximum care in the projects it serves
• Not responsible for customer-caused delays and changes
• Not responsible for third-party service interruptions
• Maximum liability does not exceed the project amount

Contract Termination

Both parties may terminate the contract by giving 30 days' notice. Payment is made for completed work, and a reasonable payment is calculated for ongoing projects.
