About FikaSoft
FikaSoft is a software studio in Ankara. We build software that takes routine work off people: answering calls, reading documents, entering data. And the web and mobile products around it.
What we work on
Most projects start with a problem, not a technology. Calls nobody has time to answer. Invoices typed into an ERP by hand. A product idea that needs a first version people can pay for. We pick the simplest approach that solves it, build it, and stay responsible for it once it is live.
We also build and run our own product, Talksy, a platform for AI assistants on phone calls, WhatsApp, Telegram and web chat. Running it every day is how we learned what breaks in production: latency, cost, unclear handoffs to people.
How we work
Every project starts with a written proposal: what we deliver, by when, for what price. You get a working version on a test link every week, and you talk to the engineers writing the code.
Code, accounts and data are in your name from day one, and we document what we build so another team could take it over.
What we use
TypeScript, Python, Swift and Kotlin. React, Astro and React Native. PostgreSQL. Claude, OpenAI and open-weight models. Twilio and SIP for telephony. Solidity and Foundry for smart contracts. Hosting is chosen per project: Railway, Netlify, Vercel, AWS or your own servers.
