Who we are

FikaSoft operates fikasoftware.net. For any privacy question, email hello@fikasoftware.net.

No cookies, no tracking across sites

This site does not set cookies and does not use advertising or third-party tracking scripts. Nothing is stored in your browser for analytics.

Visitor statistics

To count visits we record, for each page view: the page address, the referring site, browser and operating system family, screen size class, language and time zone. To count unique visitors per day we combine your IP address and browser string with a random value that changes every day and keep only a one-way hash. The IP address itself is never stored, and the daily value is deleted, so visits cannot be linked across days or back to you. Statistics are kept for up to 25 months.

Contact form

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email, optional company name and message. We use them only to reply and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and forwarded to our mailbox. We delete enquiries that do not lead to a project after 24 months.

Hosting and processors

The site is hosted by Netlify. Visitor statistics are processed on servers we run on Railway. Email is handled by Google. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Turkey and the EU, under their standard contractual safeguards.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. Email us and we will answer within 30 days.
